When will I receive a tracking number to track my order?Once the courier company collected your order we will provide you with the tracking number to track your order.

What are the delivery fees?We offer free delivery for orders above R1200.00 for orders below R1200.00 we charge a flat rate of R200 for delivery.

Can I cancel the order?Prior to making payment there is no obligation to continue with the order. After payment is made the agreement is binding.

What will happen if the product/s ordered is not available?We make every effort to ensure products displayed on our website are available, but as we do not keep every item in stock some items are in stock with suppliers. it might happen that the supplier is out of stock at the time of placing the order. Should an item ordered not be in stock with our supplier we will offer you a refund or exchange for a similar item of the same value. Should you be uncertain about the stock availability contact us prior to placing your order.

How will the same day delivery work?Same day delivery is only available for Gauteng area. You will have to contact us prior to placing the order to arrange as we need to check availability of our drivers.

Can I return products?In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there are parts missing, please contact us and we will be happy to replace the missing or damaged items. We will ask you to ship the damaged goods, in their original packaging, back to us as soon as possible. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order of any problems.
