SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship items throughout South Africa by using reputable courier services or by personally delivering items directly to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order have been collected by the courier. Delivery usually takes 1-5 working days unless otherwise specified on the product page – check the description and stock status. Orders placed after 12:00pm will only be processed the next working day. Delivery is effective once payment is cleared in our account. Your payment option will have an affect on delivery time. EFT/Card payments that are cleared immediately are the quickest and safest. We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays. Delivery takes place Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays, during regular business hours.

We also provide same day delivery within Gauteng prior arrangement required. This shipping method will only be available with prior arrangment and orders placed before 11:00am.

If collection from our store is selected please wait to receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection or contact us prior to arrange for collection if you are uncertain. It can take up to 3 days to get the order ready for collection.

Delivery will occur Monday - Friday during business hours 08:00 - 17:00.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 14 days after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach a photograph of the item clearly showing the damage with your report. Report to be send to sales@integritytools.co.za

If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or ask you to return the item to our current store location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method. 

If you are returning Goods via courier or post office please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged en-route. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.


Breach

If any party (“Defaulting Party”) breaches any of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy such breach within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of notice to remedy the breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to claim specific performance or to cancel this agreement forthwith upon written notice to the defaulting party, without prejudice to its right to recover:
any amounts that may be due to it in terms of this agreement; and any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of the breach or the cancellation of this agreement.

Defective Tools/Power Tools/Power Tool Accessories/Parts 

All new tools carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. In certain instances, where clearly marked and identified.


Any Manufacturers Default Warranty is defined as a tool, power tool, accessory or part failing due to poor workmanship on the tool during the manufacturing process. The manufacturers default warranty does not cover any working part which has failed due to reasonable wear and tear, or any abuse or incorrect handling or application of the tool. The manufacturer, within reason, will determine the cause of failure, should and dispute arise.

Accessories do not carry this standard warranty and the warranty marked in the product listing is applicable.

Integrity Tools may replace the Tool, Power Tool, Accessory or Part immediately if it feels the manufacturer will determine the product is defective.

Tools or Power Tools sent to the manufacturer may take up to 8 weeks to resolve.

Tools or Power Tools that have been abused or damaged in any way whatsoever, or customized, engraved or in any way indelibly marked, etc. will not be replaced.
If the original purchased item is no longer available, credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price.

If the manufacturer does not replace the tool, power tool, spare part or accessory, it will be returned accompanied by the explanation from the manufacturer.

Tool Accessories 

The items in this category do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Integrity Tools (PTY) Ltd will accept such defective items provided they are returned within 15 days after the invoice date.

All items returned must be returned in the condition they were received, in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the packaging. .
